Next time you watch a video on Youtube, put &fmt=18 at the end of the URL. It apparently causes some...interesting effects to a lot of videos.
EDIT: Hm. Apparently it doesn't affect quite as many as I'd thought...guess it depends on who uploads it or something? *shrugs*
A few of the videos on my favorites just got better video quality, but the one that inspired this post initially was this one of Super Robot Wars: Original Generations for the PS2 (Japanese only, sadly)...it flips the whole video upside-down.
