I swear, their services are absolutely PATHETIC. I prove to them beyond a shadow of a doubt that my phone was stolen, and yet not only do they NOT cancel my service or let me get a new phone until it IS cancelled, but they're making ME pay for the phone bill racked up by whoever the fuck stole it...the whole $233.64 of it!
And it gets even better...THEIR FUCKING WEBSITE WON'T LET ME PAY THE SUNUVABITCH OFF! I find out the Auto-Pay plan I signed up for isn't working worth shit as the bill isn't paid yet, so I try to keep my cool and do it manually, punching in my billing info...and what do I get?
"ERROR: The following required lines were not filled in: Primary, country"
So I check the form...again...and again....and guess what? THOSE LINES DON'T EXIST!
Not on the US form anyway...those are lines to fill out on their INTERNATIONAL form, which I AM NOT FUCKING USING!
So you know what? FUCK 'EM! If they don't want to let me give them the money they say I owe them, THEN THEY DON'T FUCKING GET TO HAVE IT! They don't like it, tough shit, it's their own fucking fault for not letting me give it to them!

....That's how I felt about 4 hours ago. Since then I've gotten in touch with a rather awesome worker of theirs who not only got my old phone deactivated, but is having a new one shipped in dirt cheap..tomorrow at noon I shall once again have a phone. Sadly, he couldn't do anything about the bill...but like I said, if they aren't gonna let me give them the money, I'm not gonna give it to them, and if they don't like it, well then, that's THEIR fault.
