That's exactly how I've been left now.
As you all might know, my Camaro's been broken down for a while now. Although I now have a good idea of what the problem is, I don't have the means to get it fixed just yet...namely, I can't get to a parts shop.
I could get down there just fine with my bike, and considering I own 2 of the damn things, you wouldn't think that'd be a problem.
Well, 1 of them has been out of the picture for quite some time now due to an accident I had on it that left it all but unridable...no back brake, stuck in high gear (which makes getting up hills and up to speed a ROYAL pain), and the chain slipped off the gears constantly.
And as for the other one...the GOOD one that I genuinely ENJOY riding...when I went downstairs to hop on my OTHER bike, the GOOD one, and ride it down to the galley for breakfast, I got a rather unpleasant surprise.
It was gone. Lock popped open, chain discarded to the side, and bike nowhere to be seen.
Sometime between 6 last night and 11:30 this morning, my bicycle...my only mode of transportation available to me...was stolen, and with it any ability I had to go ANYWHERE outside of a 10-block radius...as of now the only places I can go to without catching a ride from someone, or walking a RIDICULOUS distance, are the galley and the Exchange.
Needless to say, I am NOT a happy camper.
