Dear Cingular:
Between charging me on incoming calls and not letting me use my nighttime minutes until 9, AND the fact that this policy resulted in my last phone bill with you being over 300 dollars, I would just like to take a moment and say
SAYONARA!
This may cost me a bit in early cancellation fees, but FUCK IT. I am switching to something else, post haste!
