What the hell?!
13 Jun 2006 08:13Gugh. Fun morning THIS turns out to be. The prospect of sleeping in late now that I've been moved to night shift (1300-2100) has been crushed by the fact that I still have to get up for FEP in the morning (Thursdays are still on, though!), but that I was willing to work with.
THIS, however, pisses me off: We're out on a 2-mile run this morning. At the halfway point, I pop my glasses off to wipse some sweat out of my eyes, and just as I put 'em back on...
SNAP.
Left earpiece & stem break off.
Just my luck I would choose last week to throw my old glasses away...
Still, I've got time this morning to go get a new pair from the optometrist across the street, so it's not ENTIRELY shitacular.
Still annoying, though.
