Using the Fusion gene, by itself, with Rei and Nina/Momo in your party produces the single best Dragon form in the game.
Reason being? Not only is it faster than Rei (That's saying something!!), but it has the coolest move in the game: Shadowwalk. For 8 AP you A) look cool as you warp over to your target and B) score a guaranteed critical hit. Coupled with the 8 AP/turn cost to maintain the form, this amounts to 16 AP/turn...not a bad deal compared to the Warrior form's comparable technique, Aura, which costs 20 AP on its own.
That, and you're a tiger with horns and dragon wings. SCHWEET. :]
(I also like this form due to the fact that it just took a fight I'd had trouble with all night last night and made it a 4-turn facestomping. :D )
