Adventures in cooking
23 Jan 2010 17:05Folks went off to Anchorage for the weekend, so I'm left to house-sit (primarily to ensure that the pipes don't freeze up). As such, I'm basically left to fend for myself as far as food goes.
Tonight, I tried cooking up some tortellini and tomato sauce. The tortellini came out awesome, but I think it's safe to say I need practice on making sauce. BLICK.
Tomorrow night, I think maybe I'll just cook the tortellini by itself. After that...I'm thinking take-out's on the menu.
May not have a knack for flavor, but it'll be enough to survive on.
