Oh boy! Appliances!

Okay, so a crapload of stuff arrived for the house yesterday:

-Bathroom vanities
-Kitchen cabinets
-Washer
-Dryer
-Refrigerator

And we got it all moved in.....which, between that and all the bags at work before and after that, would probably explain why I feel like a car wreck. X_x;

Still, that's one big step towards completion, and I gotta admit...it's a nice fridge.

Did have one major oh-crap while moving things, though...tried standing one of the kitchen cabinets up to slide it into place. Kitchen wasn't quite tall enough, a fact we weren't aware until...well, you can guess what happened to the ceiling. Fortunately, the damage is minor, but still, the fact that it happened at all just kinda sucks, y'know?

Watch out! He's got a pea shooter!

Been playing through The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess again. Got up to the Goron Mines earlier, specifically the section where a bunch of Dekublin archers will leave you running for your life and/or pinned down before you get the Bow.

Well, normally they will, anyway. Me, not so much...while I didn't have the Bow, I did have the Slingshot and a full supply of pellets. Of course, every other playthrough I've down, I've passed it up due to thinking it didn't have the range.

Found out today, it does. Climbed up on a box near the entrance to that area, took aim, missed about 6 times total, and a few plinks later, whaddya know? They're toast!

Granted, this is in regards to creatures of a world whose greatest evil is notorious for being defeated by butterfly nets, empty bottles, the local equivalent of walnuts, and fishing poles. Maybe once I get up to a Darknut I should try destroying him with just the Gale Boomerang. Who knows, might blast his armor to pieces in a single go. *shrug*
