Seems like any site I visit these days that has those eyesore-riffic banner ads every 10 pixels is dedicating them all to advertisements trying to talk me into booking a trip to Las Vegas.
It's like they know I've already GOT plans to go there for my birthday and just want to drive me nuts before then.
Knock it off, ya damned hellspawns! D: (... ...as if there are other kinds of hellspawn?)
In other news, been playing through Final Fantasy VIII again recently...just got up to Disc 3 before calling it quits for the night. Game's a lot more fun than I remember, and now that I've taken the time to squeeze all the subtler nuances out of it, especially in regards to all the "Guardian Forces cause memory loss" stuff...I have to admit, that once-idiotic orphanage scene doesn't seem too badly done.
Oh yeah. This probably should have had its own post about 2 months ago, but we're finally moved into the new house. Huzzah! ***THUD*** ...Go away, Balrog.
