"Done for the night" my foot. No sooner had I made that statement than I was right back at it.
Not without merit, however...as of 10:30 last night, I am now down to nothing left to work on but the damned credits scene. With MLWoW dropped from the lineup, the scenes were officially done, and the title sequence has been put together quite nicely in a fairly amusing homage to the biggest source of inspiration for the whole thing. ...Well, 2nd biggest, anyway. Fairly obvious what the biggest was. :p
*headscratch* Now I just need to figure out what the blip to do about that animation...the blurry version's acceptable, but...well, blurry. :b
UPDATE: Well, all the trickery I tried with converting the road image into a video is done...and it actually came out worse. If I load it into the video section it looks fine, but then I have no way of splicing in the background. If I put it into the overlay section (where I was putting the images before; I think -that- may be my actual culprit) I can edit out most of the backdrop color to let the background show through...but then it ends up all jittery, plus it doesn't get rid of ALL the backdrop color, leaving the road and lights outlined in sunset fuchsia. To say the least, yuck.
