A Ha-d'oh!-ful post

Last week I mentioned a plan I had to do a solo video project to hold Team Hatoful's fans over until the next time we did a HolidayStar run. However, as we appear to be verging on doing one this weekend, that idea appears to have fallen through.

Just as well, though, because I was actually having trouble deciding between two ideas.

Idea 1 was to do Okosan's "Pigeon Shrine Visit" scene, doing my usual Coo voice for Oko while doing an alternate, fan-favorite version of Hunter-Gatherer Girl...in other words, I was going to take a crash course in Chirp. Just for kicks, I was also considering leaving the text blocked out, to turn the whole thing into a foreign language film experience.

Idea 2 was to do something akin to davidn's "Stumbling Through" series, filming a run of myself figuring my way through a game of my favorite genre: a room escape. I wanted to do this using a game even I myself hadn't played yet, so we could all enjoy the brain strain together...unfortunately, no new ones have come up in a while that have been translated (99% of these come out of Japan), and I'd rather it be one I know I can at least have a chance of clearing without looking to a walkthrough just to figure out what something said.

Both ideas had equal interest to me, and between that and college work getting in the way I couldn't decide on one...still hadn't by the time announcements for this weekend's Pigeons En Potentia hit.

*shrug* Oh well, maybe some other time. In the mean time, maybe I can get some feedback on which idea you guys would be more interested in seeing?
