Teo Parable project update - Project name change

Got prodded into changing the name. All references to Teo Kalante have been switched to the protagonist's default name, Hiyoko Tohsaka.

Beyond that, I've got some debugging and a montage for the end credits to do, but it looks like this'll be done soon.
