xaq_the_aereonSeems I won't actually be losing my employment for another 5 weeks; our HQ agreed to let me burn off the rest of my leave, of which I had over 250 hours. (I knew I was a homebody, but sheesh!) That covers me for 2 additional paychecks.
In the meantime, I've got enough squared away in my savings that I won't have any trouble keeping my head above water while dealing with the Veterans Affairs office to get my GI Bill funding for college underway.
The only real question now is what to go to school for.
Side note: Quick way to make yourself feel awesome in Skyrim:
Thwart a dragon attack on a major city by one-shotting it with a Thu'um that knocks it out of the air.
It flew, I yelled (Frost Breath to be precise), it dropped dead. Boo yeah. :D
