Hm. I appear to have come aflame.
One thing that I've always wanted to try was making sauce. The other day I found a delicious-looking/sounding recipe for spaghetti sauce, and tonight it all came together.
My one concern with it was the inclusion of crushed red pepper flakes, as spicy food is something I had never really been big on, and I had no idea how I was going to handle this.
To sum things up shortly: Every bit as delicious as I suspected. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to call the fire department and have this inferno in my mouth extinguished. Internet, if you could provide me with some suitable "running around screaming" music, please...
