Well, it's a start.
With no wireless router, I'm having to set Miyuki on the floor in the currently barren living room. No washer and dryer in here, although there are a number of on-site laundry rooms. Still sick to my stomach, though not as bad...still not willing to chance solid foods, but at least I'm up from hard crackers to soft bread.
But what's most important here is that, to at least some degree, I've got myself a place set up. Tomorrow I'll find out how well I handle classes here at UAA...and how to get to the Eagle River campus where my first class is.
My biggest concern at the moment, however, concerns Team Hatoful. As I noted, I am starting to feel better...that being said, though, the past few days have been murder on my digestive tract's sense of direction; more stuff has exited via the entry port than the exit ports, which has left my throat hurting like hell. I'm genuinely worried about what effect that might have had on my voice. ...still, at least I don't have to worry about embarrassing myself to my neighbors next time Okosan decides to sing an aria from Carmen. I do have neighbors, but I'm the only one in this octoplex who's a UAA student.
...Anyway, just dropping in to say hi, and now I think I'm gonna go back to resting, taking medicine, and watching Sherlock Holmes. Later all.

Anyway, my point is, we're your friends, not your coworkers! This is all in the name of having a good time, so feel free to do whatever you need to do to secure that, and don't worry about us.
