Some of my online friends and I were having a talk over at Pink's Forum about a pretty touchy issue....namely, drunkeness and date rape. Pink gave her opinion about it, how she thought that it's not really rape if the gal was too hammered to say no, and as much of a friend as I think of her as, I can't really say I agreed with her on it.

The way I figure it, if she's too hammered to say no, then she's also too hammered to say yes. And if she doesn't say yes, then the answer is no. If the answer is no and the guy fucks her anyway, it's rape.

Just felt like sharing my $0.02 on that with everyone.
