Cause: Seemingly unfair string of slaughters by Zangarmarsh nagas on WoW.

Effect: Rage-induced smashing of laptop keyboard with fist, resulting in instantaneous and irreparable destruction of laptop.

Secondary effect: Going to Exchange and Best Buy tomorrow. Former for new computer, latter for compatible hard drive enclosure for dead laptop's hopefully-salvageable hard drive.

Tertiary effect: Incalcuable period of time hating myself for still being so fucked up and asking God for some small measure of help with whatever the hell my problem is.

Err, rather than asking God, perhaps it would be a good idea to see a psychologist or psychiatrist about the issue? Well, assuming you're able to access those sorts of resources.
