A few years back, I accepted the fact that I would most likely remain single for the rest of my life. My parents, however, don't seem to share this opinion, as they keep hinting at wanting me to find someone to date, if not settle down with.

So, finally, just to shut them up on the matter for a while, I went back to that good ol' standby, craigslist. They were somewhat surprised and rather pleased, apparently, that within the past 5 hours I've gotten 4 replies to the ad I put up.

...What they forgot to take into account is that, while most states have multiple CL sections for various urban areas, the Anchorage CL site covers -the entire state of Alaska-.

The closest reply I got is about the distance from Houston to Denver.

So, I leave this post with a question....My parent's dating advice: FAIL, or EPIC FAIL?
