Well, the hard part's over at least.

I've been harping about it all week, so I figured at least one or two of you might be interested in seeing how my attempts to recall anything from shop class turned out.

It didn't end up looking 100% as I'd intended, but it's solid, sturdy, and about the right height, so that works nicely. Now it just needs to be sanded, stained, and varnished and it'll be good to go.

As much of a headache as this has been at times, I have to admit I kinda enjoyed it, which is good since I fully plan on going through with my designs for a patio table.

Now if you'll excuse me, I've got about 17 pounds of sawdust to extract from various locations of my person.
