AAAAAAAGH!!!!

Once again the carpentry bug seems to have taken hold of me...apparently, with the overambitious project of a patio table gone and replaced by a puny little thing, whatever mental parasite is doing this to me has decided to up the ante with something even more ridiculous...a bench.

Sat down about 20 minutes ago by my graph paper, started doodling out of boredom...next thing I know I've got a 42" tall, 62" wide, 28" deep porch seat.

...Fortunately or unfortunately, I know not which, circumstances and parental intervention have talked me out of the idea for one simple reason: it's made out of thirty-eight pieces of wood, which would drive the price to build it higher than it would cost to buy one.

Still, the plans don't look too bad, so I'm gonna hold on to them. Might do something with them later...we'll see.
