Oh yeah. THAT'S why I hate moving.

I thought it was just because I had to say goodbye to friends and loved ones, or that I had to start over in a new area...but that stuff I've kinda gotten used to from how often I've had to do it over the past 3 decades.

As today's reminding me, though, the thing I really hate is just having to pack my belongings up, and for one simple reason...

*points at 3 full containers and the Packed-O-Meter reading 67%* I'VE GOT TOO MUCH SHIT. D:

Container 1: Sczerenade (including keyboard and mouse)
Container 2: DVD/Game collection
Container 3: PS3, Wii, MTG collection, winter weather gear, winter comforter
Left to go: Computer peripherals, clothes, whatever else I can't think of at the moment.


I have to have all of that packed up today so that I can get it to the Northern Air Cargo office along with my car tomorrow, since they need stuff a week in advance to ensure delivery.

At this point, I'm kinda wishing I'd spread the packing process out over a few days...oh well, too late.

OH ARE YOU SHITTING ME!??!

Just got a phone call from the landlord of the apartment complex I was looking to move into.

Apparently, due to credit reasons or whatever, my application was denied. So now I'm all packed up, ready to move, ready to start college....

And I have nowhere to move to.



Now what.


UPDATE: Well, now we know EXACTLY why my application was denied...the credit unions apparently all think I'm still in the Navy. According to my TransUnion report, my address of record is with HSC-84!

This was just the shot in the arm I needed tonight.

A few weeks ago I started following a number of Tumblr accounts, mostly related to MLP....well, okay, aside from Moa's they all are.
