Well, I feel silly now.

10 days ago, I was grousing about how impossible a task it was appearing to be to hit the 4500-gold mark needed to utilize a faster mount, complaining about how it had taken me a multitude of years and 75 levels just to hit 1500.

10 minutes ago I passed the 3000 mark, using no means of gaining money other than what I've been using (non-daily quests and selling off unusable rewards or stuff I make to level up blacksmithing skills.)

I do believe my grousing may have been just a bit unwarranted.
