WORGEN: Not too impressed. The British accent is fairly charming, but with no discernible differences between the human and wolf forms in terms of abilities and the forced transformation to the latter whenever you go into battle (which makes it a chore to maintain that accent I mentioned, which is really the only thing I care for about them), I think I'm just gonna leave that one done with. I may go back sometime and make a Worgen Death Knight just to see how they justify a character coming under the Lich King's command when they stayed locked behind their giant wall until after he was canonically defeated.
GOBLIN: A lot cooler than I thought they'd be, I gotta be honest. 2 minutes and I'd already decided I really liked my new character. The backstory is awesome, the dialogue they have for /silly and /flirt commands is hilarious, and all in all they're just plain neat. The "kick the winning goal" cutscene was awesome too, even if it involved...well, I won't spoil that bit for ya.
NEW STORYLINE STUFF FOR 80+: Can't say anything Alliance-wise, but on the Horde side of things...it's honestly getting on my nerves. Mostly because of the hyper-accelerated respawn rate I ran into while trying to do what should be a simple fetch-quest. "Collect 3 starfish and a conch shell while trying not to drown" became "collect those while trying not to drown or get gangraped by eighty bajillion naga every 3 seconds."
I imagine that may have something to do with there being a lot of people in that area at the time, though, so I'm gonna give Sczer a break. In the meantime, I'll finish up the Goblin backstory event with Nozumi, then maybe get back to it.
One thing I'm trying to decide on wether I want to level up Nozumi legitimately afterward, or spend the money on what would be an unfair shortcut...namely, creating a Goblin Death Knight, getting through their starting quest stuff, then paying for a character re-spec afterwards to have an instant Lv 60 Goblin Shaman.
