So a few days ago I finally picked up something I should have gotten years back instead. Yep, you guessed it, Cave Story.


As of right now, I'm....back at the start. Why? Well, to those who know the implications, let me just say that I got the Booster v0.8 and leave it at that. For those who don't...go get this game, because it's still awesome after all these years.



Random side note: Game's addictive enough to infiltrate dreams, as I found out last night...not the reaction I expected myself to have, though.

Me: *walks out door, looking for some missing puppies*
Balrog: HUZZAH!!! *dives down from above attempting to crush me flat*
Me: *vertical roundhouse kick* RIDER~~~~~R KICK!!
Balrog: *ricochets around like a pinball, faceplants*
Me: *wakes up* ...The hell? o_O

Screw all that; now I've finished it the first time around, I intend to a Polar/Blade-only run (as in "use only the Polar Star until I get the Blade, then use only that." )

On a side note, I am never doing the Nemesis sidequest again.
