Hey, I have a major project, too! It's only been a little over two years for me, so davidn is ahead there, but keep in mind that his is actually done and that's the final tally and mine is still currently ongoing. :(

You've had a far better work ethic with yours than I did - if I'd actually been working on it constantly, then... well, first of all it wouldn't have been as good because I wouldn't have had the chance to rethink it so many times, but you seem to be working on yours daily while I had regular gaps of there or four months before I came back and discovered what a dreadful mess it all was.
