And once again, Shuu and Anghel's non-birdied appearances are the best looking in my opinions. No wonder there's more fanart of Shuu than of the rest of the cast combined (from what I can tell, at least).

Comparing the birds to the ponies who sing each line there:

Okosan as Rainbow Dash: His athletic side fits her pretty perfectly. His mentality, though, tends to remind me more of Pinkie Pie.
Shuu as Pinkie Pie: I'm trying to find a way to describe this without referencing Cupcakes, and failing badly. D:
Sakuya as Rarity: Once again, fits almost too perfectly.
Anghel as Applejack: I think Sakuya would have been a better fit there.
Nageki as Fluttershy: Would be a perfect fit if he were a bit cheerier, but oh well.
Kazuaki as .... uhhh.....actually, come to think of it, I think we ran out of ponies for him there. Oops.

You'd have to ask Raven, but I think that line you attributed to Nageki is actually supposed to be Ryouta.

Ahh, yeah, Ryouta does make a more sensible choice in that regard. The bit about going unnoticed just immediately led me to think of Nageki.
