03:30 Woke up, got ready to go to airport.
04:30 Got to airport.
05:45 Got on airplane to Seattle.
08:35 Arrived in Seattle with severe nausea due to sleep deprivation.
10:50 Got on plane to Anchorage.
01:15 Arrived in Anchorage. Nausea replaced with severe hunger due to not having eaten in about 14 hours.
04:45 Check flight status to figure out why we aren't boarding at proper time; plane has mechanical issue. Delayed 1 hr.
05:45 Got on plane to go home.
06:05 Plane turns around and returns to Anchorage due to mechanical issue. Delayed 1 hr.
07:15 Writing this, plane still isn't fixed. Estimated take-off time is now 08:05.
Last night I mentioned to my folks that, for the sake of NOT getting up so early, I would have preferred to split the trip in two, stopping in Anchorage for the night....I hate being right sometimes.
