xaq_the_aereonHad a fairly boring string of dreams last night, but one stuck out in my mind as being equal parts interesting, entertaining...and just plain odd.
The basic summary of it was that I, or rather my online/dream persona, was tracking down the most notorious criminal in history, one whom nobody had ever succeeded in capturing in decades. At the time of the dream I was driving down one of Germany's famous Autobahns to follow up on a lead. On a whim, I fired up the car's GPS to see if it could track my quarry down.
"GPS activated. Destination?"
"Locate person."
"Name?"
"Carmen Sandiego."
2 seconds and a bunch of sparks later, it exploded.
...Not the GPS, mind you. The whole car went kablooey. I was left sitting in a chair, buckled up, on the side of the road with a steering wheel in my hands and soot covering my everywhere. I promptly coughed, shrugged, tossed the wheel aside, unbuckled, shoved the car door onto the road...and woke up.
...Huh.
