A pretty bad windstorm tore through here last night. Apparently left a huge chunk of Anchorage without power from late last night to a few hours ago, and also did a mild bit of terraforming; there's at least 8 trees in this little neighborhood alone that are now sticking out of the earth at angles that would make the Leaning Tower of Pisa blush, and at least one that had some branches ripped off.

Guess it's no surprise that classes are cancelled for today. :/

Awwrrf... this semester isn't really going that well for you so far, is it? :S Here's hoping it can pick up a bit - at least to the level where you can make it through to the end and still be in one piece.

Eh, it's going well enough that I can't -really- complain. Next week I should finally be able to go to my class on the Eagle River campus for the first time. XP

But yeah, things are still a little bit of a mess here.
