And a mental trauma that was only amplified by the craziness of the section that we'd played a few weeks before! I had forgotten just how much the game's mood changes, turning evil and then insane with no warning just after the second term starts...

I have to confess, though, part of the reason for this post was to try and illicit a response from you in regards to the music selection. Until a few days ago I had no clue you were a professional music artist, so some part of my brain thought maybe you were trying to keep it secret or something.

If that article were even slightly accurate, then our David would have the been in at least six bands and worked as a producer/engineer for however many albums while still in primary school, which would give him an even more impressive start than that of Tobias Sammet.

While on this subject, people always tend to assume that I'm older than I really am...! At work just the other day, someone was talking about the release of Disco Inferno and only gave a slight pause before deciding that yes, I would have been alive for the duration of the Seventies.

Yes, the whole music producer thing came as a bit of a surprise to me as well! That whole Wikipedia page is now a tremendous pile-up with a group of people somehow managing to rationalize two different people into one unified life that started before I was born and is just about believable enough to pass unchallenged (explaining my own music as a deliberately Amiga-styled side project).

If I had true production experience these Hatoful videos would be a lot better put together ;)

Ah, I like that :) It still keeps me around on Wikipedia while keeping the article correct!

I actually started using my K because there was another David Newton living in the same building when I was in university... then I moved all the way to America, started work at a large information systems building and there was another David Newton working on the same floor.
