Basically, what I was considering was taking a location from Hatoful Boyfriend and turning it into a Room Escape game using the Hatogate interface: you start out locked in the location, and have to find various items and solve various puzzles in order to ultimately make your escape.
This would make for a somewhat more expansive game (there would be additional screens in the sense of examining different parts of the room...north wall, west wall, closer inspection of a safe against the west wall, stuff like that) and probably be more enjoyable...plus there wouldn't be quite as many opportunities to get yourself killed; probably not more than a single one for a bad ending.
I'm also thinking I'd skip on the achievements this time, if only because the space on the screen for that button might be needed to thumb through an inventory.
Anyway, just wanted to run that by you guys to see what you thought.
