You remember those Dr. Seuss parodies we did back around Christmas, right before HolidayStar came out? I was thinking some of the folks who watch our videos might enjoy those, so I was considering putting them up on Tumblr.
I wanted to make sure you guys were okay with it beforehand, though...that, and I honestly think it might work better being put on the Team Hatoful blog that mine; if nothing else it gives more of that "group effort" feel that they'd rightly deserve.
2ND EDIT: Okay, so apparently the reason folks were able to find the audio recording of How Shuu Stole Christmas is because, after a 4-comment long chat with one of our viewers, I gave out the link to it.

EDIT: CURSES, TOO LATE.

Date: 2/25/13 04:01 (UTC)* Scene wherein Kazuaki gathers everybirdy else into the library to read them a Christmas story (naturally, the personalities being what they are, this is a lot more oversimplified--think the astronomy club rooftop scene for what can happen when you actually try to assemble the whole cast for a special event)
* Eventually they calm down and he can start reading, and of course that's when it slips into How Shuu Murdered Christmas and/or "You're a Mean One, Murderbeaks." The question at this point is how or whether to break that up; the song gets a little repetitive if you just have the entire thing interrupted, and there's a very good reason why the actual original source material broke it up and put a verse or two here and there as punctuation for story scenes. The problem here is that, given the ending, this story is ... shorter, and leaves us a bit less room to figure out what parts of the song would go where.
* Probably some sort of conclusion skit, back in the library after the story is done and everyone is dismissed?
* Close with a little moment of sincerity speech because the team is awesome and our fans are awesome and I wouldn't have done any of this without you and I love you guys :D And whoever else wants to add to that is very much welcome to do so, of course.
I even wrote an extreme rough draft of the introductory skit and sent it to
But yeah, basically I came up with that as something we could do while waiting for Holiday Star, and then Holiday Star came out and we immediately dropped everything else and flocked to that. I still think we could do something with it, though.
Edit: I realize that was a really long answer that didn't actually answer your question. D: So, um, I guess I'm a bit concerned about releasing those early if we do end up going back and doing something more full-fledged with them? But if that's not going to happen then go for it. So I guess my answer to your proposal depends on everyone else's answer to mine. :o
