Last night was a really rough time for me, obviously. I was afraid to even go to sleep because of the nightmares I was sure to have. They'd been fucked up enough to date, I thought....what were they going to be like NOW?

I talked with some people...some of them for hours, some of them for just a minute or two. But they all helped ease my mind enough that I wasn't afraid to sleep, and helped me have a nightmare-free rest for the first time in a few days. They've helped me....well, not exactly FORGET about what happened, so much as get it off the forefront of my mind so I can move on.

Thanks to them, I've had time to reflect on what happened, and come out better for it. The naivety I've had for years that led me to that mistake is starting to fade, and I'm a more careful person than I used to be.

And I doubt any of them realize just how much they helped.

So to everyone I've talked to since my little ordeal...
