They were discussing this idea 6 months ago, I believe. It's not like the 2-party system is mostly a joke anyhow (two rich guys claiming to be on your side). At least I won't be in a country where a man serving a double life sentence and a porn actress are running for office (something a coworker and I had been talking about earlier in the day...gods I wish I'd gotten the link from him.)
